2013 ICC Mediation Week: Save the Date!

The International Centre for ADR is pleased to announce that the 2013 ICC Mediation Week will take place in Paris, France from 7 – 13 February 2013.

Final chance to register for ICC Banking and Finance Conference in Doha
March 2012  On 29 March 2012, a conference entitled “Arbitration and ADR in Banking and Financial Disputes – In the Wake of the Global Financial Crisis” will take place in Doha (Qatar). The conference, one of the first of its kind, will focus on the added value of arbitration and ADR for resolving banking and financial disputes.

February 2012  On 29 March 2012, in Doha, Qatar, ICC Banking Commission, ICC International Court of Arbitration, ICC International Centre for ADR and ICC Qatar will co-organize a symposium on “Arbitration and ADR in Banking and Financial Disputes”.

Needs of Business the Focus of 3rd ICC International Mediation Conference
February 2012  A packed room attended the third edition of the annual ICC International Mediation Conference series entitled “Make Mediation Happen! Getting your commercial dispute to successful mediation” which took place on 3 February 2012 at ICC’s headquarters in Paris.

South Texas College of Law wins the 7th ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition 
Paris, 9 February 2012  South Texas College of Law (United States) won the first prize of the 7th ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce, with Bar Ilan University (Israel) taking the second place, and FGV Sao Paulo Law School (Brazil) coming in third.

8 February 2012  The teams moving to the final are: Bar Ilan University (Israel) vs South Texas College of Law (United States).

Competition comes to a close today as the finalists engage in the last mediations 
8 February 2012  The ICC Mediation Competition enters its last day starting with the Jones Day semi-finals at ICC, followed by the special mediation event for professionals, the Training for the Trainers.
